I’m Kristi, the founder of Central Coast Concierge. I created this business to provide something I believe homeowners truly value: a trusted, dependable local presence who takes the details seriously.

Living on the Monterey Peninsula, I understand how important it is to know that your home is being looked after when you’re away. Whether it’s preparing a residence before you arrive, keeping an eye on things while you travel, stocking the essentials, or simply taking care of the everyday details, I’m here to make life a little easier.

My approach is personal, discreet, and detail-oriented. I believe in knowing my clients and their homes well, communicating clearly, and treating every home with the same care and respect I would want for my own.

Central Coast Concierge is intentionally boutique. I work with a limited number of households so I can provide the responsive, personal service my clients deserve.
